Travel Contract

I-Your tour can be booked orally or in writing, by phone with one of our agents, email or on the official website of SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL.

​

II-By making the reservation, you accept the conclusion of a contract with SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL Under normal circumstances, SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL will inform you immediately if your reservation can be confirmed or not, however, you are bound by your reservation during 7 days from the date SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL received it. Once this period has elapsed, there is no obligation for either party. Your reservation is made based on the descriptions of the tours on the SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL website and in our brochures, on other complementary information issued by SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL, and these Terms and Conditions.

III-The tour reservation is accepted and becomes final only when an agent of SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL confirms your reservation. It is at this point that a contract between SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL and the client comes into force. The confirmation of the reservation has no prescribed form. If your reservation was made electronically (by email or on the website), you will receive an email confirmation. If your reservation is by phone (which is legally binding), a confirmation email will be sent to you immediately.

IV-If the confirmation you receive differs from your reservation, you must inform SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL within 7 days, otherwise, the confirmation you receive forms the basis of the contract. In this case, you will be deemed to have accepted the contract if you do not communicate verbally or in writing, or if you pay any amount in advance, make full payment or start the tour.

2. Payment.

​

I - Once the contract has entered into force, that is, the trip is confirmed, you will have 72 hours to pay 50% of the total price of the trip.

​

II-The payment of 100% of the price of the trip must be received by Singular Tours Group SL and must be made 3 weeks before the start date of the tour.

​

III-If you wish to cancel, the cancellation charges will be imposed as stated in clause (XX) and will be paid immediately.

​

IV-In case of non-payment of the first payment and/or   full payment on the due date, SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL will send you a late payment notice with a final payment date. If your payment is not received by this date, SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL reserves the right to cancel your reservation and the cancellation charges will be applied according to clause (XX).

3. Obligations of the Participants.

​

I-  Your legal commitment regarding the reporting of deficiencies is specified in our trips, as you are obliged to report immediately (about deficiencies or breaches of service that occur during the trip ) before our guides and travel coordinators or before the offices of SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL to request help. In our travel documents you will find detailed information about their location (telephone, address, fax, etc.).

Our guides and travel coordinators and/or service providers are not authorized to recognize deficiencies or rights on behalf of SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL

II- In the event that the trip is considerably affected due to a breach of service attributable to SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL , you have the right to terminate the contract, except in cases of force majeure. The complaint is only admissible and valid for this contract when we or our managers (tour guides, coordinators and the local agency) have allowed a certain period agreed with you to expire without having provided the required assistance. The provision of a term is not necessary when the help is impossible or refused by us or our managers or when the immediate termination of the contract is justified through a particular interest on your part.

III- The term to make claims about the breach of contractual obligations by SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL , will be 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the end determined in the travel contract.

IV- Any claim must be duly notified at the legal address of SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL , which appears in the travel contract.

4. Waiver of the Travel Contract by the Passenger.

 

​I-Until before the start of the trip, you can cancel it at any time. Determinant is the entry of the declaration of resignation before us. In all cases of resignation or non-commitment of the trip on your part, as compensation, you may claim compensation per person, the amounts according to the following table:

5. Suspension of the service for reasons beyond SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL

I-If once  the trip has started, it is interrupted before the stipulated date of completion of the trip for the return due to illness, force majeure or other causes not attributable to SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL, you will not be able to claim the return of the value or part of the value of the trip.

6. Resignation, suspension and cancellation of the trip by SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL

​

I-SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL will have the right to suspend and/or cancel the execution of the trip at any time if, despite our warnings, you persist in hindering the normal development of the trip, or if the contracting party maintains a behavior that fails to comply with the contract or current traffic regulations endangering their physical integrity or that of third parties or other travelers of the group, for which the immediate cancellation of the contract with just cause corresponds, for which the removal of the motorcycle corresponds. In such case, you will not be entitled to any reimbursement for any reason.

 

II-In the event that the minimum number of participants mentioned in the specific description of the trip has not been met, SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL may withdraw from this travel service contract, up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip. In such case, you will have the right to reimbursement of what you had given in payment without the right to any compensation for any reason, according to the following modalities:

III-SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL is obliged to inform you immediately regarding the cancellation of the trip when there is proof that the trip cannot be carried out due to not having managed to gather the minimum number of participants, which will be communicated via emails to your mailbox. e-mail that you must report when signing the contract.

IV-In case of a cancellation, you can claim participation in a trip, at least of the same value, as long as we are in a position to offer such a trip without surcharge on another date to be confirmed by SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL . You must assert that right against us immediately upon notification of trip cancellation.

V-In case of impediment to carry out the trip due to force majeure not attributable to SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL , it may withdraw from this travel service contract up to 24 hours before the start of the same, in which case SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL may cancel or reschedule the trip within a period not exceeding 72 hours. In the event of cancellation, you can claim participation in a trip, at least for the same value, as long as   SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL is in a position to offer _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_ a trip of this nature without surcharge for another date to be confirmed. To do this, you must assert that right against us immediately after notification of the cancellation of the trip. Likewise, he will have the right to reimbursement of what he had given in payment without the right to any compensation for any reason.

VI-The participation of the organizer of the trip in its role as Tour Leader is essential for the realization of the trip. In the event that the organizer of the trip cannot fulfill its function as Tour Leader for reasons beyond its control or that of SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL , such as illness, injury or death, it will immediately notify the travelers and the service contract of trip will be canceled by SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL . therefore, he will have the right to reimbursement of what he had given in payment without the right to compensation for any reason.

7.Claims

 

I-Your claims against SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL , regardless of the cause, expire after 30 days from the occurrence of the event causing the claim and/or 30 days from the contractually anticipated return date.

 

II-The client of SINGULAR TOURS GROUP SL   cannot transfer his right to claim to third parties (including the spouse) for any reason, nor can third parties make claims on their own behalf.
